Since the day i was born, my dad had always paint and refurnish our house. I'm proud to say even at 65 he is still going strong. No signs of slowing down at all. So happy to spend a nice Sunday afternoon with him eating indian and painting the house for CNY. Pardon his tattoos, he's such a gangster, but im so proud of him bcos he's mine gangster! My dad brought me up trying to be a dad and mom at the same time. Similarly, i grew up being a son and daughter at the same time, as i was constantly trying to fill up my brother's shoes - those shoes that were way too big to fill especially after he passed on. But it was through those times, i had learnt to be independent. Fortunately, i have been imparted with the skills of drilling and painting walls, hammering, changing light bulbs, connecting electronic stuff, assembling furnitures etc at a young age from my dad. On top of that I've also learnt how to do laundry, cook, take care and clean the the house for us since 12. Ive always been a toughie. And I'll nv have it any other way. It is these skills that made me fearless when i started traveling alone for modeling at 17.
